My mom has currently been staying at crystal ridge for a month now, and has been very well taken care of. She is only there until she recovers from a hip replacement. The nurses, cna’s, and physical therapists have been wonderful!

Crystal Ridge is taking wonderful care of my 93 year old dad. He is doing so much better than he was at a different location. Our family is so thankful.

I’ve had my mom and now my mother in law at Crystal ridge. We’ve always had such a great experience both times, excellent care, best employees ever and the CNA’s have the up most respect for the patients. They are quick to solve any issues and stay on top of health concerns. I’ve worked in long term care and I can say with 100% honesty Crystal Ridge staff are the best!!!

Everyone was very kind and cheerful. Only thing I couldn’t figure out was how to get in. Had a code system but no instructions? Other than that, wonderful experience.

Unprofessional at its finest! No direction, no competency, no manners or respect, not much house staff either!?! This is healthcare DO better! The nurses are brand new and lazy (always passing the buck and the blame)! The CNAs go back and forth for hours to retrieve a nurse for patient needs! The CNAs are overworked and it’s a shame when they are there to assist the nurses not do it all! The kitchen needs lots of attention and training as they serve ice-cream soup daily(hot dairy)! Food spoils quickly at high temperatures if not stored properly. And meals are ALWAYS DISGUSTING,LATE, and COLD! HVAC is needed in this HOT building! Hot and humid conditions significantly accelerate the reproduction of bacteria, fungi, and parasites. Most disease-causing pathogens multiply rapidly! The smell of the building says enough! There is no heat or exhaust ventilation in the shower rooms making showering unbearable for most! The smell of the shower room is horrendous ( lots of soiled trash and linen carts)! How well would your loved ones heal and thrive here!?! 🚩🚩

God sent staff everyone of them and there ALOT of them!!! Precious and thankful to have people like that take care of people you love 🩷 Choice is obvious

My Dad has been a resident of Crystal Ridge Care center for a few months. He has been getting great care and is enjoying the activities they offer. The Care Staff has been wonderful and very supportive. I would highly recommend this care facility.

My father was diagnosed with dementia 6 months ago he’s a veteran and crystal ridge takes veterans and this place is great. They really have taken great care of of my dad and always on top of things and in forming me with any issues that might come up with my dad, the Dr’s and staff and all the administrators are caring and really make my dad feel at home, Thank you Crystal Ridge for everything you do.

All the cna’s are very kind and helpful. I also appreciate the physical therapists my mom sees.

Can’t reach the administrator regarding my wife’s care. Case manager won’t respond to my wife’s request to see her. I’m in ill health and can’t go down there at the moment. Administrator voice mail is always full. Guess they don’t check their voice mail. Consider this before admitting a loved one here.

Thank you so very much all of you at Crystal Ridge for everything you did for my husband, after his hip surgery.

Every morning my wife calls me regarding problems getting her pain meds and muscle relaxers. I spoke with her doctor about this and he said he told the nurses but they don’t follow up. This is a daily occurrence. Other staff is nice and helpful. Some of the nursing staff get ruffled feathers when we try to resolve the problem.

I spent 8 months here, everyone in this facility treated me with respect at the highest level. I have a lot of good memories here with Crystal Ridge and I would come back in a minute!

I got physically assaulted by a male staff member who works here and they will not fire him or hold him accountable because his wife has a higher authority than he does. He hit my face multiple times, leaving me with a bloody nose. He also slammed my car door on me multiple times , with zero violence on my end. Completely immature and unprofessional. Violent people shouldn’t be working at a care center with at-risk individuals. The ladies working at the front desk are angels , however, and are very pleasant to interact with.

I recently toured Crystal Ridge Care Center, and I was so impressed! The facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming — the new landscaping looks absolutely lovely. Bridget was amazing during the tour — so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. You can tell she really cares about the residents and the community. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Crystal Ridge provides excellent care! The staff is incredibly professional and caring, and Bridget went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and warm personality made a huge difference. I highly recommend Crystal Ridge to anyone looking for outstanding service and genuine care. Five stars all the way!

Everyone was pleasantly helpfull , I was treated with kindness and respect

I was a patient, unfortunately, at this terrible, horrible, understaffed institution. I knew how awful was because I had been a patient twice at Golden Empire which was Great! …at Crystal Ridge I couldn’t even get water to drink..after a complaint to obudsman (sp) after I was discharged…my friend who was admitted months after I left had water bottles for each patient…from my complaint. Don’t be fooled with a tour to get you to sign your elder loved ones in this dreadful place. This was just 1 of the horrible conditions. When I was being discharged to go tryo Golden Empire they Made me sign for services I NEVER RECEIVED to get paid more from Medicare and my secondary like Physical Therapy and Laundry! I NEVER SAW A PT AND MY SHEETS WERE NEVER CHANGED AND NEITHER WAS MY GOWN!! I ALSO NEVER SAW DR GILL ONLY HIS NP When I refused to sign they said they would come back tomorrow to see if I changed my mind…This is a corrupt

Staff was informative and friendly

I had the pleasure of touring Crystal Ridge with Bridget. She was amazing, answered all my questions and made me feel tight at home. All of the staff were very welcoming and the patients all seemed happy and well taken care of.
